Drug & Alcohol Evaluations
DUI/APC/MIP Evaluations
Impact Therapy, PLLC provides comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations, & DUI evaluations. These may be court-ordered. We also provide as evaluations that may be required for various professional boards and the medical community.

DUI & MIP Seminar
A 16-hour evidence-based alcohol & drug risk reduction education program.

DUI & MIP Seminar is offered Telehealth or In-person.
Drug & Alcohol Education, Relapse Prevention, Level 1 & 2.1 Treatment Programming
Education, Relapse Prevention, & Level 1 is individualized based on the unique needs of each client. Appropriate for clients needing individual therapy, education, or continued assessment. These services are typically 1-8 hours a week, & are offered via Telehealth or In-Person.

Intensive Outpatient Program 2.1, provides clients between 9-19 hours of services a week. This program designed for clients who need structure and support as they learn new skills for recovery. This program is only offered evening. Includes group, individual, & family services.

My name is Heather Moser, I am the owner and founder of Impact Therapy, PLLC. I completed my Master of Science in Addiction Counseling at University of Mary, in Bismarck, ND. Professionally, I am dually licensed as a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC) and a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC).

I am very passionate about breaking the stigma around addiction and mental health, and advocate for accessible holistic care. My mission is to offer telehealth services across the state of ND, opening the doors for individuals living in rural areas across ND. I believe in the power of a safe, supportive relationship, with a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I am compassionate about helping people makes positive changes in their lives and believe that everyone can lead a fulfilling and rewarding life. Each person is the author of their own story.

I specialize in substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues and trauma-informed care. With my combined clinical expertise and deep understanding of the human experience, I provide personalized, evidence-based treatment. I work collaboratively with clients, to build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and empower clients to reclaim their lives and build meaningful, lasting recovery.

I have experience in working in diverse settings to include corrections, residential programs, outpatient and private practice settings. My approach integrates, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-based practices always rooted in empathy, respect, gender, and cultural sensitivity.
